Professor Dr. Hussein Kamil Al-Shaher, the President of Al-Muthanna University, welcomed the ministerial committee responsible for completing the requirements for establishing new academic departments in the College of Arts.

The committee conducted tours through the college’s halls and laboratories, documenting the university’s preparations for establishing two new academic departments in the College of Arts: the Department of Geography and Geographic Information Systems, and the Department of Civil Society. The meeting was attended by Professor Dr. Ali Mousa Rashid, Assistant to the University President for Scientific Affairs, and the Dean of the College, Professor Dr. A’id Jadou  Hanoon.
