The meeting covered a comprehensive review of the activities and services provided by these departments. Additionally, the meeting discussed the final stages of the new units associated with the library, including the university museum and university printing press, emphasizing the necessity of completing them in their final form.”

“The university president, on his part, emphasized the importance of adhering to ministerial and university standards regarding the activities of the Follow-up Department, commending the significant efforts made by the department’s staff in monitoring the movement of students, affiliates, and citizens within the university.” And the assistant Professor Dr. Furqan Kazem, the director of the Central Library at the university, stated, ‘Work is progressing according to plan, and in accordance with the directives of the university presidency, which has assigned great importance to these issues, in order to achieve the desired goals that serve the educational and pedagogical process, as well as to make the university a focal point of attention and interest for all segments of society.’
