With warm Iraqi hospitality and a generous invitation from the Iraqi Ambassador to the Arab Republic of Egypt, Dr. Qahtan Taha Al-Janabi, the Iraqi Consulate in Cairo hosted the President of Al-Muthanna University, Prof. Dr. Hussein Kamel Al-Shaher, and his accompanying delegation during their visit to sign a scientific agreement with Mansoura University.

The delegation was warmly welcomed by the Iraqi Consul in Cairo, Essam Mohammed Al-Jubouri, along with his deputies, Dr. Thamer Atab Al-Barki and Ammar Al-Safi, who expressed their heartfelt greetings to the visiting delegation. Al-Jubouri emphasized the consulate’s pleasure in hosting the academic delegation, affirming that the consulate’s resources are dedicated to supporting Iraqi institutions and their scientific, cultural, and economic projects that reflect the bright face of modern Iraq . For his part, the university president expressed his deepest thanks and appreciation to the Iraqi Ambassador to Egypt and all the consulate staff for their warm reception and generous hospitality. He also expressed his pride and admiration as he saw the scope of the activities and services provided by the consulate to Iraqi nationals in Egypt, wishing it continued success and prosperity. The invitation was attended by Al-Muthanna University’s delegation, including the Dean of the Faculty of Law, Assistant Prof. Dr. Latif Abdul Hussein Mousa, Prof. Dr. Laith Abdul Hassan Mohammed Jawad, and Assistant Prof. Dr. Rafed Habib Batti.
