Al-Muthanna University participated in the international scientific conference titled “Future Perspectives for Renewable Energy Development: Environmental Solutions and Challenges,” held at the College of Pharmacy at Nawroz University in Erbil city. The conference was organized and supervised by Nawroz University, Arjaa International Institute, Eco Organization, and the International Union of Universities, on the occasion of World Environment Day. Al-Muthanna University’s participation was represented by Dr. Rusul Yahya Jasim, head of the Technological Incubator and Environmental System Division at the university’s presidency, as a member of the conference’s scientific committee.
This participation reflects Al-Muthanna University’s keenness to actively engage in international and local scientific events, in line with the plan set forth by Professor Dr. Hussein Kamel Al-Shaher, the university’s president. This plan emphasizes the importance of the university’s participation by contributing research, studies, and disseminating scientific knowledge and expertise in localizing and developing sustainable and clean energy technologies and systems.
